1949 Medical Notes
Picked these up today for 2 dollars. This notebook is dated in 1948-1949. It once belonged to a hopeful medical student and he or she took very detailed notes. This notebook smells so good. Such an awesome find!
It is from the Senior Center thrift store in West Seattle. I love that place, the lady that runs it now recognizes me and gives me sweet deals.
PLUS I will be projecting my 8mm films there for the art walk in February. The 12th, I believe. She is going to make popcorn and I am looking forward to it! I will let everyone know more formally when we get closer to the event.

Omar and Brenna were just up here for a few days. It was so rad having them here. We even got to take Brenna Lazer Tagging for her first time. Between driving to Burien for the Taco Bus, like a truck but you eat in the bus, playing mini-golf, eating gourmet sandwiches, making quesdillas, seeing David B and Damien J at Chop Suey, their time here was super great. There was one point where we were all three sitting on the couch and we all feel asleep while trying to figure out what to do. The best of friends, are Omar and Brenna.

The BRA
Burrito Rights Association.
I just made a quick burrito for a late night snack and microwaved it, on a microwave safe plate of course.
I am eating it now, but still not sure if I am allowed to microwave homemade burritos.
Maybe it is because I have seriously been making some amazing burritos lately, so this just feels lazy.
I am going to ask the BRA…. as soon as I actually invent that.
Omar is a Wizard
I got a really nice ink pad for finishing the covers for my minicomic, Saturday Morning. I need to hurry up and make some more so I can go give some to Nancy and such. I am using this stamp set I have had for a while that you can place the letters in one at a time, it looks good. If you don’t already have a copy let me know and once they are done I could mail you one. Technically I am selling them for 1 dollar. But that is up for debate.
My new years resolution was to eat nachos everyday this month. So far, I think I have eaten them probably 80 percent of the days. Good enough for me. And trust me, they are good enough!
Today was so sunny! I had to wear sunglasses, but it was still in the low 40s.
A while back I ordered Karl an information packet on visiting Nebraska. It came in the mail today.
I bought some blue Reeboks today. FINALLY. I have been wearing them since 2001 or 2. It will be nice to have them back on.
I won an 8mm film off Ebay today. It is called, “Died With Boots On”. Here is some information about it. Although it says it is 140 minutes. There is no way my version on 8mm is that long.
I am going to go have ice cream with my boss and an old client tonight!
I need to go upstairs and eat some nachos.
Oh, also, my index finger on my left hand is starting to build up a tolerance for guitar playing!

I have this amazing Kevin Costner poster and it has writing on it that I feel I HAVE to post. I am going to get rid of the poster, but I had to write this down somehwere, so of course I will write it here for you all to read.

Recent News
The owner of a local minimart was being interviewed/harrassed by KOMO NEWS about a recent robbery attempt at his store. He was explaining how he chased down the kids even though they had a gun!
Someday I will have enough space to collect old clock radios for no good reason, other than I really like them. That’s right!
Jesse and I went to Taco Bell and this was on the bathroom stall.
There is not ONE DONUT SHOP IN ALL OF WEST SEATTLE. Makes no sense. That is why Alicia and I stopped at Family Donuts and had a quick snack. Even though we had just eaten Pho and Cupcakes.
