I found this taped to the back of a picture frame at the thrift store the other day. I removed it from the back of the frame carefully and put it in my pocket. Had to. The picture on the front of the frame was of a man in his early 20’s. He was wearing some sort of military uniform and it was apparent that the photo was from the 70s perhaps. This photo had a date on back, 10-5-70. Also it says who built the plane, Don Johnson.

Today Was Better
I stopped by PCC before work, because I wanted to set my day up for success. I knew getting a prepared sandwich, odwalla protein shake, and vegan brownie would most likely boost my day into happiness. When I went over to the sandwiches I was trying to decide between 2 kinds. The Smart Club and an Avocado Tomato. Well, I looked at the prices and one was marked for .19 cents!!!! So I asked a worker if this could possibly be my lucky day, and he said, “looks like it”. So I bought both sandwiches. Awesome.
I have been listening to Nada Surf a lot lately.
I am excited to go home and put my robe back on. I am getting into the routine of getting home from work and immediately taking my shoes off, then going into my room and switching from clothes to robe asap. This new transition has proved very effective in my attempts to relax more.

It is Raining
Finally.
Yesterday, I got home from an 11 hour workday, walked in the door, went straight in my room, took my shoes off, then my clothes and put my robe on. Then started a bath, went upstairs to take an advil, which gave me 4 hives, 3 of which were on my face, then checked the temperature of the bath. Too hot, turned it down and then when it got almost full I dropped in a peppermint bomb from my friends over at Estrella. I slid into the tub and took a bath that lasted about one and a half hours. I even fell asleep for most of it. I could hear Ben and Karl every now and then checking in on me. I needed to relax and it was perfect. I now know what to do when I need to get rid of a killer headache and long disheartening day.
Oh, and I had a really good talk with Brenna before I got home and that really helped me calm down and it was a really good talk.
Then Ben and I played a small amount of Rainbow Six, then went to Jesse and Myriah’s for Mike;s Birthday. It was fun. We jammed a bit, with me on keys and that was awesome. Esp with Jesse’s sampler. It has these beams of light that shoot up and you can mod the beat using your hands to block the light at different hieghts. So rad.
Today Ben, Karl and I are doing super cleaning.

Whatever Happened to Predictability?
Work has been so busy lately. A good busy though.
Derek and Marco are in town for their art show this Friday at BLVD. It is going to be a really great show and I highly suggest you show up.
Omar and Jason get into town Thursday night. They will be at the art show too.
How often can you goto a rad art show, meet 4 of my most solid of friends from LA, and have an incredible night?!?! Not often.
So you should come. I know their is a BBQ, but I suggest coming here first.

Regulate
Today I woke around 9:45. That is when the headache became apparent. I have tried everything. I can’t get rid of it. Water, Headache Medicine, Coffee, Rest, Food, Open Air, nothing is working! I think I need my back scratched.
Listening to a remix of Regulate right now. Hoping that works.
Jesse and I are scooting out to Ballard in a bit. We went to the bins and I bought a cardboard stand up of Luke Skywalker. A sweet apron, pictures tomorrow, and a few answering machine tapes. Oh, AND a Milli Vanilli Cassette!
Played a little Rainbow Six Vegas 2 today. Us usual.
I got a cookie jar at the thrift store. It is a panda in blue overalls. Pictures to come.
