This is a photo of my little sister Kristin on top of White Face in Simi Valley. She moved up here to Seattle Tuesday and I am very excited for her to begin this new chapter in her life. This photo seemed appropriate because she is overlooking a little fog and you can’t really see what is down there. Similar to her moving up here, away from home, and starting college. I am really excited for her to be up here, and I know she is going to love it. Hooray sis!

No one is gonna fool a-round with us.

Last night Jesse, Ben, and I enjoyed some delicious snacks and beverages. Shrimp and white wine. It was soo good. Then Jesse and I ventured off into the neighborhood to a little adventure. We tried to get free bread. We did get some stuff I needed for my room.

Which leads me to my next topic. I just moved around my room to optimize the space. It is looking way better. I love trying to move shelves and things while the items are still on the shelves. uggggh.

Jesse saved me with a special power adapter I needed. Also, he let me borrow this sound device thing that hooks up to my USB. I bought a little adapter, and now I can FINALLY record all of my answering machine tapes onto my computer!!! I will start this week. I am hoping to have a serious amount of material and then release an album filled with found audio.

I added up my bills tonight. Awesome. Not really.

I got a nice orange dish towel today, because no one agrees with me on what should be wiped on the towels upstairs in our kitchen. So now I can wipe anything on this towel, because it is mine!

I am getting into Guided By Voices.

Matt Pool, geez man I am sorry to read about your bail. I wish I could have been there to use the force to keep you from falling down.

Pho is going to be my vice this winter, I can already tell.

I have been so busy with work lately. Working 11 hour days here and there, inbetween 8 or 9 hour ones. I love my new job, I am just tired by the time I get in my car. That has lead me to coming home and vegging out or wasting time to help keep my brain alive. Karl, Ben, and I have been spending our time with Rainbow Six : Vegas. I am at the following levels. 19, 21, 19. That might not make any sense to you, it probably doesn’t. BUT that game is keeping me sane. Sorry to all that I have not been hanging out as much.

Brenna came up to visit last weekend. That was a big bunch of awesome. The entire trip was terrific.

Omar, Jason, Derek, and Marco are all visiting in two weeks! So many visitors, it is awesome. I am glad I moved some where that people like to check out. As well as spend some time together.

I am kind of brain dead right now. I don’t know what to blog about.

At a garage sale last week I got walkie talkies and a bike!!

Karl, Ben and I are thinking about a theme for our party in September. I have an idea, but we are going over the details.

I got a thing in the mail to subscribe to TIME for 20 dollars for the whole year. I think I might. I like that magazine.

Ben is moved in and having him here is going to RULE.

Tonight Alicia invited me to see a film at the Central Cinema. Tonight they are showing Legend, which looks ridiculous. They have beer and pizza though. Which is going to be awesome. I think Rizzle and Pizzle are attending as well. As I typed that I realized I just created two amazing nicknames that I will be forced to use tonight.

Jesse and I are hitting up Full Tilt this weekend…….because….we love that place….but also…………………….THEY HAVE A TETRIS ARCADE MACHINE. ahem. I like Tetris.

I have been checking out an insane amount of CDs from the public library. I have over 30,000 songs on my external hard drive. Pretty sweet. If anyone ever needs new music, please see me first.

My dad rules.

My sister is moving here NEXT WEEK!!! I am so excited. It is going to be so comforting having her here. I am excited about growing closer in our relationship and becoming better friends. Kristin, you rock! I might call you Kizzle Sizzle. Be prepared.

Has anyone read the book, “Chew On This”? It looks interesting but I am wondering if it is worth reading. Maybe I should check it out at the library instead of buying it.
