“special everything $1″
So today turned out to be pretty good.
I worked from 7am to 3pm. One thing i did while at work, was clean out some old toys that the kids don’t like anymore. The toy shelf never looked better. I kinda want to paint it green, for some reason. Probably because i had green spray paint in my car at the time.
I got off and drove to my parent’s house. The new roof is getting put on this week. It looks really nice, and strangely enough i already feel used to it.
Just as i was about to leave, my little brother said that him and my sister and dad were going to hometown buffet for dinner. So, naturally, i stuck around to go eat with them. We don’t do that every often, so i wanted to be a part of it. It turned out to be a lot of fun! What i ate….
During our meal i was able to take a few videos. They came out pretty funny. They can be found in the posts right before this one. enjoy!
I visited Sweet Mike. Came up with a cartoon idea. Then started to drive home.
And now i am going to bed

mm good
I stopped by Whole Foods for a Naked Juice and maybe some dinner. I stopped by the section that carries the Smart Meals. These ready to eat healthy meals. Last time i had one i tried the Meat-free BBQ you can feel good about………

But i wanted to try something new, so i bought the Veggie Bolognese…

Needless to say it was amazing. Plus it only had 1 gram of fat for the whole package. I am not on a diet or anything, but i can still be happy about that. right? i think so.
In other news, i stopped by the game exchange this afternoon right as an older man was dropping off a Commodore VIC-20. I was instantly involved in looking it over and checking out the accessories he had with it. I knew i needed to have it. So i talked to Eric and he worked it out for me. And i was able to walk away with it tonight. I even played it already. It came with three games. Chess, Choplifter, and Centipede. So rad. This machine has so many possibilities. I was given about 6 books along with the package, mostly about the VIC programming language and some stuff about programs i can program into it. The VIC-20 was first introduced in 1981. So it is as old as me! Im very happy about owning this.
Well, i am going to go to bed. Probably play a little Freecell first. But after that i will goto bed. i have been playing Freecell everynight before bed. It is an exciting life.

40 dollars!!!
I was driving to ryan’s house to drop off his bedding that he left at work this morning. And as i was driving down the street i saw a briefcase on the curb. Well, maybe someone else would have just driving by assuming that the owner was nearby. But being me, i can’t just drive by things like that. So i turned around and put it in my car. It belonged to a lady from a town near mine. I found her business card inside so i called her. She came to my house in Newbury and picked it up. She was very happy i had found it. So happy, in fact, that she gave me 40 dollars!! awesome. That proves you should always pick things up. unless you are talking about spiders or snakes.
i am going to do some work on my Star Wars website. I have to have Phase 1 completed by tomorrow. Shouldn’t be too much more work.
Then i will shower and drive out to Ventura. I was thinking about doing a small amount of thrift store shopping before our show out there. We play around 7. And i am excited!!

I must have watched at least 4 hours of Mythbusters today. pretty good though. They started a fire with a piece of shaped ice.
I made a quesadilla with mushrooms in it.
At 9pm USSR is preforming down the street from my parents house. Steve M. and i are meeting up ahead of time to discuss strategy.
My father gave me a bunch of 3.5 inch floppy disks today. Along with cases and a case for the cases. I’m all set to store small files.
